INVITATION TO BID

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF TECHNICAL SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM FOR THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK NIGERIA COUNTRY DEPARTMENT

The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) wishes to invite bids from experienced companies for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of technical security infrastructure system for the African Development Bank Nigeria Country Department.

2. Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, list of which is provided at https://www.afdb.org/en/countries

3. Mandatory Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit shall take place on 24th of August 2026 at 10:00 am Nigerian time at the African Development Bank, Nigeria Country Department located at 1521 Cadastral Zone A0, Off Memorial Close, Beside Silverbird Galleria, Central Business District, Abuja

4. Bidders should provide audited financial statements for the past three years (2023, 2024 and 2025 or latest). Minimum annual average turnover of NGN 950,000,000.00.

5. Clarification Questions shall be communicated to tender_rdng@afdb.org not later than 28th of August 2026

6. Eligible Companies are invited to submit their bids in a sealed envelope (Technical proposal envelope and Financial Proposal Envelope, one original, 4 photocopies) and clearly marked as follows: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF TECHNICAL SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM FOR THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK NIGERIA COUNTRY DEPARTMENT. 7. The envelopes should be delivered to the following address not later than 11th September 2026 at 15:00 hours Nigerian Local time.

8. A contract shall be awarded to the qualified bidder whose bid is responsive to the requirements outlined in the invitation to bid.

9. The Bank will reject late bids.
